- Reservations cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled pick-up or while driver is on route, will be charged full price.
- Reservations cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled pick-up will be charged at 50%.
- Smoking and the use of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- There will be a 35% cancellation fee due to processing charges.
- There are no penalties for delayed flights or any other delays.
